1. Parents are expected to co-operate the school authorities by ensuring that the children observe  punctuality & discipline, prepare their lessons and taken an active part in the activities of the school.
2. Parents should check the school diary regularly and sign any reports recorded by the teachers and the assignments and home work given.
3. Parents are requested to be in constant touch with school to have a clear knowledge of their ward’s progress in studies . They must by all means attend the parent –teacher meeting to consult with the teachers regarding their children.
4. Parents are not allowed to interview the teachers in the classroom or in the staffrooms, without the permission of the principal. Those who wish to seek information or any suggestion may do it during the parents teachers meeting, those who wish to make any complaints about their children’s education or other matters should do so to the principal and not to the class teacher.
5. When a student likely to absent owing to illness for a long period, the principal must be informed through an application for leave supported by medical Certificate with in a week.
6. A minimum attendance of 80% of the working days will compulsory for every student.
7. PRIVATE TUTION is not encouraged; instead, parent s are requested to give personal attention and ask their children to clarify their problems with their teachers in the school itself.
8. Criticizing the teachers in the presence of the children must be avoided . In cases of any legitimate complaints the principal must be contacted.    
9. Children must be trained I self-up by encouraging them to work and study. They should be taught to keep their rooms neat and tidy, polish their own shoes , carry their bags etc . The development of such habits in early life will inculcate in them the dignity of work , a fundamental necessity for a successful career.
10. The School is not responsible for the safety of the student after the school hours. Necessary arrangement must therefore be made to take the children home after their classes.
